This privacy notice explains how this website, kotkova.com, handles your information. Veronika Kotkova is the data controller for enquiries made through this site. If you have any questions about this notice or your data, please email pt@kotkova.com.

What this site currently collects

When you send an enquiry through the contact form, your name, email address, and message are collected through Netlify Forms and delivered to pt@kotkova.com. These details are used only to reply to your enquiry. The form is protected by a hidden spam-prevention field, and submissions are stored by Netlify in line with their data processing terms.

No analytics, cookies, or advertising trackers are used on this site.

Future changes

If analytics or additional tools are added in future, this notice will be updated before they go live to explain what information is collected, why it is used, how long it is kept, and who processes it.

Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are visited, so the site can be improved. Analytics only loads after you choose “Accept” on the cookie banner, and the choice is stored on your device — you can clear it at any time through your browser settings. If you decline, or ignore the banner, no analytics cookies are set. Data collected is anonymised (IP addresses are truncated) and is never used for advertising or shared with advertisers.
